How to Submit a Request
Send an email to speakandkeep@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data promptly.

To permanently delete your account, send us an email at speakandkeep@gmail.com.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, all data tied to your account will be permanently removed. This includes your saved translations and learning history, your email address and password, any profile information, and your subscription records.
Premium Subscription
If you currently have an active Premium subscription, it will be revoked as part of the deletion process. No further charges will be made to your payment method after your account is deleted. Please note that any remaining subscription period will not be refunded.
Processing Time
We aim to process all account deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving your email. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered, so please make sure you no longer need access to your account before submitting a request.
